Its more than likely that this is possible, although I've never used 
GridBaseTable myself.

If you have a look at the dbBrowser2 sample included with PythonCard you 
might get some ideas how to implement. In this a grid component (based 
on wx.grid) is dynamically created and populated from a database table.
