Where is the PythonCard Shell

I am reading about the PythonCard Shell in walkthrough
Shell usage and key bindings by Dan Shafer.

I am using Python 2.5, wxPython 2.8, and PythonCard 0.8.2.

I find Python IDLE, wxPython PyShell, but no PythonCard Shell.

I am confused.
