The codeEditor tool is located at PythonCard/tools/codeEditor/ 
codeEditor.py not the components directory. The modules in the  
components directory are just that, components used by the PythonCard  
framework, samples, and tools, they are not applications. If the  
instructions you were following refer to running from the components  
directory, please send me a URL so I can get that fixed.

If you are unable to run PythonCard/tools/codeEditor/codeEditor.py  
please send a follow-up and we'll investigate further.
