Foreground color changes to Static Box are lost

After editing the FG colors on all of the StaticBoxes in my program
with the Resource Property Editor, clicking update, and then saving
with File/Save,
the color changes do not show up when I run the program.
These changes are  not saved to the resource file either.


Has anyone else had this problem??
