pythoncard status (Re: How to set background color?)

Just out of curiosity, what is the current state of PythonCard? Looking
at the website as well as the sourceforge page, it seems it has been
quite a while ever since the last changes have happened in the source
tree. Is the project still "alive"? Is it in some sort of "no news,
good news" state of things?
