installed but minimal.py won't launch

I'm not sure what I'm missing here. =A0I have ArcGIS 10 on my machine, and =
with it, Python 2.6. =A0I followed the instructions to get PythonCard (http=
://pythoncard.sourceforge.net/windows_installation.html), including downloa=
ding and installing=A0wxPython2.8-win64-unicode-2.8.12.1-py26,=A0but I did =
not see an automatic installer as stated in the instructions. =A0I copied t=
he PythonCard-0.8.2 folder to=A0C:\Python26\ArcGIS10.0\Lib\site-packages, b=
ut minimal.py just flashes the system console window and then nothing happe=
ns. =A0=0A=0AI also tried running minimal.py from IDLE just to see what mig=
