Athena and Forms

Hello,

I am about to embark on building a new web application and have the  
unusual luxury of choosing my tech stack from scratch. Have been  
playing with Nevow for a few weeks and am slowly coming to grips with  
the whole Twisted/Nevow interfaces and deferreds thing. :)

The application I am building will require the responsiveness of AJAX  
and happily Athena fills that gap nicely. However I will also need  
good forms support and while formless looks good I'd prefer to use  
more client side validation and definitely want to keep all user  
visible text on the display/design end of things so that the web  
designers and content editors have easy access to it.

I've checked out 'forms' from Pollenation but I'm concerned that it  
looks stagnant. Am I wrong?

Are there plans for better 'formless' Athena integration or anything  
of that kind?

While I'm at it - does anybody know if Nevow works on top of Twisted  
2.5? Any plans to support Twisted Web2?

Fairly new to Python and very new to Twisted etc so please forgive  
any stupidness above - thanks.
