Apologies to the list

The three replies I posted to the list weren't proper replies thus  
screwing up the threading - personally I hate that so offer my  
apologies.

Reason was that the digest I received wasn't properly formatted so  
didn't burst correctly. I've since changed to normal mode but didn't  
receive either of the two new messages on the list.

Have sent an email to [email protected] but have heard  
nothing. :(
