latest trunk revision breaks twistd utility on MSW

Just checked out trunk of nevow and stumbled over the following

...snip
   ...\nevow\testutil.py", line 5, in <module>
     from popen2 import Popen3
exceptions.ImportError: cannot import name Popen3

when using twistd for starting processes.

As per documentation '17.4 popen2' Popen3 and Popen4 are only available 
on Unix.
