ticket #1625 review setting

Hello all,

I wrote a patch + unit tests for ticket #1625 (combinator component, "bincache 
contains non-executable files" subject).

The next step would be to set the ticket for review, however I have no rights 
to do that. Can somebody help me here ?


I am logged in, looking at the web-page of ticket 1625, and have the following 
"sections":

Ticket #1625 (defect)
=====================

ticket description

Attachments
-----------
my attachment + button 'attach file'

Change History
--------------
List of changes of the ticket (2 changes, one by exarkun, and one by me)

Add/Change #1625
----------------
edit form for adding new changes

2 buttons: 'Preview' and 'Submit changes'

and that is all, no 'priority' or 'user' setting options for me at the moment.
