RE: Mantissa on Windows

Thanks, Glyph!  I will look into those docs and in the spirit of the
rest of the developers, I'll get it going on a gentoo box.  (Already ran
into some problems with some dependencies...seems like an ebuild may be
outdated.  Will work around it.)
