Combinator PYTHONPATH/site directories/whatever change

Hey all,

Quite a long time ago, Matt Goodall opened http://divmod.org/trac/ticket/493
regarding an interaction between setuptools and Combinator.  I've just added
a comment about a potential change to Combinator which would address this as
well as possibly subtly change some behavior of Combinator.  I'd love to get
feedback from any Combinator users about this potential change.
