PIP Windows Install

The install of rlextra via pip is failing for me, and not really sure how
to troubleshoot it.

I'm trying to work through the demo for rml with django
<http://www.reportlab.com/documentation/sample-projects/rml-with-django/>.
Any help would be appreciated. :)
