Re: PIP Windows Install

Thanks for the reply, Andy!

It's updated. I run that command every time I run a pip command and pip
complains about it being out of date and tells me to run that command. :)

  .\env\Scripts\python.exe -m pip --version
  pip 8.1.2 from .\env\lib\site-packages (python 3.5)

In case it's not obvious from the way I'm calling python, this is running
in a virtualenv.
