Hi,

you can get the latest point release packages from

https://www.reportlab.com/pypi/

You will need a user id and password to obtain the packages; see 
http://www.reportlab.com/accounts/register/

The 3.3.31 version has a fix for the pyinstaller issues I believe; the fix was 
added in 3.3.19.

You can download the non-free package as well, but you will need a license to 
get rid of nag messages in some of the non-free bits.
