Creating PDF/UA

Hi, i was recently asked if ReportLab supports user accessibility (i.e. PDF/UA)? I guess it's a standard for embedding information into a PDF for screen readers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PDF/UA). I can't seem to find anything obvious about it with Google.
