Has anyone come across a way to tag documents (for accessibility purposes) within Reportlab?

Add alternative text to images (alt-tags/alt-descriptions)? (for example: https://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat/pdf-repair-add-alternative-text.html)
