SciPy for Win32 Python 3.11?

Unfortunately we use some Win32 Windows DLLs without source code so cannot run 64-bit versions of Python. I installed Python 3.11.1 for Win32 and NumPy installed fine with pip. SciPy does not install, probably because there are no builds yet for Win32 and Python 3.11. Can anyone guess whether this will eventually be available and how long the wait might be?
