As for general questions, there is always StackOverflow. i.e. we still have many options and reducing the scope a bit will, IMHO, help everyone keep track of things. If a category or tag at https://discuss.scientific-python.org/c/user/17 would be helpful, I'd be happy to set that up. StackOverflow can be a bit rough for new users sometimes.
