Pythran 0.14.0 - falzig

Hey folks,

It is my great pleasure to share with you this new release of the pythran
compiler.

    Pythran is an ahead of time compiler for scientific kernels written in
    Python.

As usual the release I just uploaded the release on PyPi[0] and tagged it on
Github[1].

It has been tested on various setup[2] by fellow users and packagers, so I'm
pretty confident it won't break your setup too much.

At some point, it should stream to conda and major distro thanks to the restless
packagers, thank you guys too o/

The changelog[3] should make it  pretty clear : this is a compatibility release to
keep up with Numpy, scipy and Python enhancements, plus a few extra enhancements
and bug fixes.
