Interactive examples with jupyterlite-sphinx

Hi team,

I've created gh-19729 <https://github.com/scipy/scipy/issues/19729> to
discuss adding interactive examples to SciPy's documentation using the
jupyterlite-sphinx TryExamples directive which I've been working on. This
allows for adding a button to swap the rendered doctest examples blocks
within docstrings in-place with an embedded jupyterlite notebook running in
the browser. Feel free to join the discussion there.
