Question: Where can I place my Euler diagram parser library?

Hi all,

I wonder: where can I place my Euler diagram parser library? The tool has been useful to me, and I would like to have a broader audience. I got a suggestion on [1], scipy may not be the most suitable place for it. However, I still want to offer it somewhere else prestigious. Where do you recommend?
