Hi all,

On behalf of the SciPy developers I'd like to welcome Sean Cheah as the
newest member of the maintainers team.

Sean has been doing some very interesting work on our BLAS and LAPACK
support in particular over the past months, untangling some of the hairy
code generation and Fortran ABI related code - plus he's on the verge of
bringing back Accelerate support:
