Debye functions

Hello,

is there somewhere an implementation of the Debye functions, like the
one in GSL
https://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/manual/html_node/Debye-Functions.html ?

I had a look in scipy.special (the obvious place) but I didn't find
them, unless they go by another name I'm not familiar with.
