[installation] troubles installing scipy on M1 Mac with python 3.10

hi, I am using a Mac book air M1, Where is installed Python 3.10.
I am not able to install SciPy with the command

python3 -m pip install scipy

That give me this error:

I also tried to install scipy from source, with the commands:

git clone https://github.com/scipy/scipy.git
cd scipy
python3 setup.py build

but also here it give me an error.

How can I achieve the installation of scipy? Thanks
