Hi everyone,

Thank you for the proposal St=C3=A9fan. We discussed this today during =
our meeting and that would be great! (I think I can do it myself, =
let=E2=80=99s discuss details offline.)

The one thing we are going to make clear is that these spaces (Discuss, =
Discord, SO) do not bring any guarantees in terms of support nor =
maintainers=E2=80=99 availability. At least for now, only the mailing =
list, GitHub and Slack bring a sort of official support.

As for the retirement of SciPy-Users, more maintainers gave their +1 =
during the meeting. Hence I will follow up with the owner of the list =
(Matti I think) and we will make it read-only. We are also going to see =
if we can have an automatic response if someone post to this list. The =
response would point out to our other spaces.

Cheers,
Pamphile
