My program works if run from within the 2.2.2 directory where I successfully compiled python 2.2.2. The problem I am having is that working modules, such as time and socket are not being copied to the /usr/local/lib/python2.2 directory that gets created when I run a 'make install'. Short of going after the only binary version I can find for Solaris, 2.1.1 or setting up my scripts to run out of the directory in which I've compiled python, I'm looking for clues to getting the install to run successfully. _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8.
