Crash on closing files

I've just downloaded SPE 0.5.1d and installed it on windows NT4.
When at least 2 files are open and I close one, SPE crash.
Does anyone has the same problem ?
Do you think it is a bug in SPE or of my station ?
Is it worth making a bug report ?
