Windows XP SP2
Spe version
0.8.3.c
Python version
2.4.3  (2.3 required)
wxPython version
2.7.1.1 unicode  (2.6.1.0. required)

I can check my home system after I get off work to see if that has a
different version of wX.. I think its got 2.6*

I also have the checkmark for "run as single instance" in the SPE
preferences.

I can take screenshots if it would help.
