I've posted on comp.lang.python and have received already a nice offer. I'll wait for other reactions and than make a choice. Don't worry the SPE website will come back. If some of you are familiar with one of the python frameworks (Zope/Plone, django, turbogears, ...) or with web design/building in general and want to help out, it will only be faster.
