Several fixes (browser tab, menu exit, ...). Also now
spe can again be launched from the SPE.pyw script. 
winInstall.py and winUninstall.py fixed and included
as well.  With previous versions, the toolbar didn't
seem to work for linux, but now this issue might be
solved. Please let me know.
