Problem running Spyce and WAMP on Windows XP

Hello,

This is my first time to use a mailing list, I hope everything goes well.
I'm pretty new to most of the webbuilding things.

I would like to try out Spyce, because I want to combine building a website
and using Python.

But there is a problem, when I run my 'python.py' file it simply displays it
as a text document.

I use WAMP (the latest) and Spyce 2.1.3 and followed the documentation on
the Spyce website to install the proxy Spyce behind Apache. What I know, I
did everything needed. Start Spyce Web Server, add proxy section to Apache
httpd.conf., uncomment mod_proxy, restart Apache.

Where could it go wrong? I can hardly find any information on the web about
installing Spyce.

I also have a (silly) question about Spyce web server. Is it public? or in
other words, can people from outside connect to it? I only want to test my
code on my PC, not host an internet server.
