Different installations of spyce shouldn't use the same cachedir. 
Specify a different dir for one of the installations.  (Perhaps a
subdirectory of /tmp, for instance.)  I'll update the spyceconf comments
to make this clear.

It would definitely be nice to have a more helpful error message here,
though. :)  Thanks for the report.
