Its more.  Specifying the tag is not a big deal. Children are rendered
with different parents, and they don't know when they will be rendered
'inside' which parent.  Different parents need different parameters to
be passed for them to render correctly...  So,  I want the children NOT
to know what needs to be passed to the parent in the spy:parent tag.
The caller of spyce.spyceFileHandler knows all this stuff (which parent
+ which parameters to pass).
