Pool elements must be thread safe?

Hi all,
I have Spyce proxied behind Apache with concurrency = 'threading'. If I 
was to use Spyce's pool module to store data accessible to all of 
Spyce, I guess I'd have to pay attention to the thread safety of my 
code that interacts with the pool data, yes?
