Re: Logout as hyperlink rather than button

To make that work "right" you'd need to get <f:submit type=link /> to
work.  For the simplest case that is not hard, but if you want to allow
adding in things like onclick or onsubmit it gets complicated, which is
why I haven't done it yet. :)

(But, type=image works already in the 2.2 branch, so maybe that would be
enough.  You'd still have to hack the tagPush in form.py to use that,
but that's easy.)

If some hack at the html layer sounds easier to you, have at it. :)
