psycopg2 autocommit fix missing from stable

Revision 4428 on trunk fixes a bug with psycog2's autocommit
attribute, but, although committed in July, the fix didn't make it
into 1.1.3 or the stable branch, AFAICS.

Would it be possible to get a 1.1.4 release including this fix?
