SYBASE environment variable is set in /etc/profile as /usr/local/sybase and 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is also set as $SYBASE/lib in /etc/profile. The Apache 
webserver is running as user "nobody". This user should still include these 
2 env variables when it runs, correct?
