Re: Button event calls Leave/Enter

I've saw that there is a difference in the event.state, but I cannot find any information
on what each bit represents.

To add some data about used WMs, not reproducible on:
Python 3.5.3 (some small tkinter patches)
tcl/tk 8.6.6
debian stretch
ctwm
