Trying to get rid of a space.

Hi.
I know nothing about Python - I'm a multivalue programmer - I'm just trying to help out as we don't have a python programmer at the moment.
I was trying to add a line to an invoice heading.

I added one line to an invoice heading, but now the next line has a space in the dividing line, which I don't know how to get rid of.

 Happy to jump on a teams call if someone can help
