twisted.positioning's gpsd tests could use a testing-specific transport

These tests currently use a dummy transport. A good alternative would be `twisted.test.proto_helpers.StringTransport` or `StringTransportWithDisconnection`. 

This ticket is waiting for #3325 to happen, first, once that's fixed we can take a look at this.
