Add Review checkbox on Trac tickets

New submission from thijs <[email protected]>: At the moment a ticket needs a 'review' keyword when the ticket requires a review. Trac 0.11.x also supports custom checkboxes in tickets and I suggest we add a checkbox for review tickets instead. There are still quite a lot of patches that are not (automatically) placed in the review queue because of the missing keyword and anything to make this process more obvious would be useful, and this checkbox idea is a step in the right direction imo.
