 * Missing blank line between the two conch news items in the top-level NEWS file
 * INSTALL file says Twisted requires `2.4 through 2.6`, which reads oddly and is even ambiguous.
 * INSTALL file says that OS X packages are available on http://twistedmatrix.com. They aren't
