Sounds like an exciting release....especially the HTTP2 support, I'm
looking forward to trying that.

I ran the Flocker test suite using the 16.3.0rc1 package and
everything looks good apart from some unrelated failures in OpenStack
/ Rackspace tests. Probably caused by my dragging in updates to oslo
packages.
