MAC-OSX.txt missing in tar file

Dear all,

I think the MAC-OSX.txt is missing in the most recent tar file for MAC, but it's referred to by INSTALL.txt and HACKING .txt.
Is it just missing or do I not need it anymore because I should read and rely on INSTALL and HACKING?
