I'm sorry, but I don't understand your comments about "instructions
its a miss" nor "doppel check". Can you explain a bit more?

I note that the metakatie.wordpress.com reference is mainly concerned
with getting the (optional) extrusion machinery to work, which isn't
the problem you're having. Nor do I understand the statement at
metakatie.wordpress.com, "The INSTALL.txt doesn’t really make it clear
that you have to install Boost". The need for the Boost libraries is
the first topic covered in INSTALL.txt.
