Although I don't have a Windows machine, and so can't check that the
executables are functional, they are certainly accessible from the
links at http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#vpython

If you are having trouble with the downloads from there, the problem
is most likely at your end, and getting yet another link is not likely
to help you much.
