Thanks much for the report. I think we must not have tested scene.visible =
False.

It's very gratifying that you found that (essentially) all of your programs
work. When we started on this conversion to wxPython, it wasn't obvious to
me that it wouldn't require rather serious changes to the API, but we got
away with little change.
