... oe of the best *free* IDEs. Another one would be PyScripter (though 
only for Windows). But the commercial IDEs such as WingIDE and Komodo 
are still better. However, for developing a Webware application, you 
don't really need an IDE. A good Python-aware editor such as Emacs, vim, 
SciTE or PSPad may be sufficient, as Tim alread noted.
