I completely agree that it is a pain to install the development tools on Microsoft servers, so that would be definitely helpful. I'm not sure how many variants are needed: There are these different Win versions (soon also Vista Server), there is Apache 1.3, 2.0 and 2.2 and then there is also the 32bit/64bit problem.
